My Design Process

A User-Centered Approach to Product Design.

Discover

I start by understanding the problem space through research, gathering user insights, and identifying pain points. I conduct activities like interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to uncover opportunities.

Define

I synthesize my findings to clearly articulate the problem. This includes creating user personas, defining problem statements, and aligning stakeholders on the project’s goals.

Develop

I explore potential solutions through ideation, prototyping, and testing. I work iteratively, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to refine concepts into actionable designs.

Deliver

I finalize the designs and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation, supporting QA and ensuring the product meets user needs.
